Usher/Greeter (one Sunday a month) Hospitality (make coffee one Sunday a month) Clean Team (Vacuum carpets, empty wastebaskets, clean bathrooms and kitchen, mop tiled floors-one time a month) Special Events (Annual Picnic, Thanksgiving Potluck, etc., help plan, set-up and take-down) Fund Raising Team (Divine Dining, Silent Auction, etc., suggest, plan and lead fun(d)raisers) Editor of Newsletter (every 2 months) Assist Web Master (as needed) Provide flowers for the Platform (one Sunday a month) Decorate and maintain the bulletin boards Inventory office and cleaning supplies and purchase as needed (to be reimbursed by PCSL) On-call to assist Office personnel with preparing and mailing of letters/postcards (2-3 times a year) Assist with Sound on Sundays Assist with Videography on Sundays Help with landscaping (lawn mowing, tree trimming, tidying exterior of building (as needed, usually in spring and summer) Assist with Zoom for Town Halls, Annual Meeting and other events (mic runner, set-up, chairs-6 times a year) Other: Let's discuss your ideas
